I will write a scathing email sir!
Topics on the day include phase 1 of Tony’s completed joke, two year olds with their own Wikipedia page, the blurred line between annoying and driven, a way to help BTB and scratch your comedy itch and whores, whores whores! Lets go XBOX.

In my opinion, Tony’s segment exceeded expectations. It is sounding like a comedy bit. Some particularly good pieces such as the ‘the names are things that women want’. BMO made a comment about the fast pace which I think was on target. I know I missed the first part of whatever followed ‘xbox’ because I was still enjoying that joke.
In general I noticed that comics are not afriad of bits of silence and seem to use that as a tool much more than say business speaking. But I don’t really know what I’m talking about.
One thought for consideration – Your opening comment ‘who wants to have…’ predicts that no-one will be raising their hand and carries on from that point. Although not likely, it is possible that your first crowd is half lit up and everyone in the room, inluding a big guy in the front row, raises their hand and hoots loudly when asked that question. You make wish to have a response for that scenario as well so you don’t get ambushed 15 seconds into the set.
Anyway, good job to both Tony and BMO for bringing this along in an interesting way.
I loved the opening joke. It probably helps that I know Tony and can picture him on stage. I also liked the part where the girl wanted to hold hands and went for the “claw hand”.
I agree the pace was a bit fast. The punchlines seemed to come faster than I could process them.
It is interesting to see this process develop.
We need to have a BtB showcase where a bunch of us perform and then Tony comes out to headline. There should be enough comics who can find a way to get to Vegas… (hint, hint, hint).
I’m willing to emcee to free Brian up to run the show… (HINT, HINT, HINT)…

i think tony’s really coming along. I’m trying to get my first 5 minutes together and I know how hard it is.
What you guys are doing has been an interesting “tutorial”. I gotta say, very gutsy of Tony to do this on a podcast, really exposing a true personal episode that I personally would probably never want to discuss with another person for as long as I lived. Tip of the cap to you, sir.
Great job Tony and Brian. I really like hearing the evolution of the bit.
